Carolyn Dean is an experienced, highly qualified and registered full time clinical hypnotherapist and counsellor. Her reputation for effective therapy has attracted clients from all around Australia . 

She is committed to providing effective and professional therapy to her clients in a supportive and confidential environment. Through her own personal experiences and seeing the success and progress made by her clients, she absolutely believes in the effectiveness of the therapeutic treatments she uses.

Carolyn trained with the Academy Of Applied Hypnosis where she received one of the highest levels of Hypnotherapy training available in Australia . Her training is Government accredited which ensures that the training has been assessed and met the highest standards set by Clinical Hypnotherapists, Health Professionals, Educationalists and representatives of Professional Associations. Carolyn was personally trained by Brandon Bays in The Journey Therapy Process.

Carolyn is a clinical member of the Australian Hypnotherapists' Association. All members abide by a strict code of conduct relating to client confidentiality, insurance, terms, conditions and methods of treatment. All members are required to ensure continued professional development and to undertake supervision.

Carolyn is the Federal Secretary for the Australia Hypnotherapist Association and held the position of Treasurer for the Business Buddies small business networking group from 2004 to 2005. Carolyn has been interviewed on the North Shores Rhythm & Jazz radio station, and has appeared in The Dating Survival Guide and My Business magazines.

As well running her flourishing private practice InnerFocus Therapies, Carolyn provides business related training and services to other health professionals through her second business IntoFocus.

Prior to establishing InnerFocus Therapies and IntoFocus, Carolyn spent over 10 years working in Senior Consultancy, Sales and Services roles in the IT Industry.  She worked all over the world including UK and Europe , India , South East Asia and Australia .
